A risk to your health & safety! Negative: Mould, Mould, Mould everywhere. We could not stay due to how unsafe the apartment is and had too seek out alternative accommodation. The safety risks (hanging smoke alarm, leaking shower water on floor, unstable bunk beds etc) and health risks are too great for anyones safety.

Positive: The place was great, we enjoyed our stay. My family and I had a great time. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Good location. Negative: Difficult for parking

Only good thing is location and property is old and needs a good clean. Positive: Location was excellent for nye celebration . Communication with cleaners was good as they tried really hard to clean with the poorly maintained house. There were large cockroaches everywhere on the deck. Negative: Place needs a good clean and renovate in order to host a large group as only one bathroom for 6 people was a challenge especially when the shower leaked all around the poorly designed bath tub. The house smelt really bad with dampness and the fridge stunk so we did not use kitchen or fridge. Not enough towels for all guests. We checked out a day earlier and booked elsewhere for better facilities and less noise from the trains and the play area outside right next to front door which was used by the public for drinking and party on nye

Pay the extra dollars elsewhere - you won’t regret it… Positive: It only has one thing going for it - location Negative: There is a reason this place is non refundable - DO NOT BOOK… trust me the extra dollars elsewhere will be worth it!!! This place is nothing like it’s sold - on arrival the porch is filthy, thrown in for free an old vomit stain. Open the door and breathe in that nice mould scent your about to spend your days living in - it’s built into the rocks so it’s damp, I get that but there are ways to help this but the owner clearly doesn’t care, embrace the mould is apparently the way to go. 2 bathrooms NO - it is a one bathroom with an extra toilet, which is adjoined to the one bathroom anyway - useless and the water on the floor is awful. The couch is old and dirty, the cushions - gross. Bring thongs - you won’t take them off. Don’t plan to use the kitchen - it is definitely safer to eat out. Don’t stay in summer - every aircon and fan is so dirty you’d be bound to catch something. Zero phone reception also, it provides WIFI but if you cant connect a work computer to a public service then you ain’t working from ‘home’. The owner clearly doesn’t care - there is so much potential here it’s not hard. Starting with a good clean.

The location makes up for a few short comings Positive: Brilliant location. Close to everything in central Sydney yet surprisingly quiet location. We found it nice and clean Negative: Reviews mention the bathroom a lot which was not ideal but we found that if you “dam” up where the water flows with a hand towel then squeeze out water when finished the floor stayed dry. It does have a very small dark lounge which is not ideal if a larger group. The other thing mentioned was the lack of adequate cups, glasses pots and pans etc. This was pretty frustrating, particularly because for $100-200 (a fraction of a one night charge) this complaint could completely go away!
